Inspired by Eligecos' picture I have decided to make my own contribution for the up and coming Eurofurence Conbook. This year's theme is Rome.
This is also part of a set of illustrations that will be on sale during the Eurofurence 2012 charity auction. There will be five A4 high quality prints that will be framed depicting different gladiator classes. The charity auction will be happening on Thursday the 30th of August so keep an eye out!

NMM stands for non-metallic metal. It is a concept I know from the warhammer hobby where you would use non metallic paints to paint metal areas. I still use it in inappropriate places.
And yeah, I was already planning to colour the drawing, I'm doing my darndest best on it.
