Snagged another cute commission from
mew2 (who is currently very open for more commissions hint hint)! We've got another new girl, one inspired by a very unusual experience involving British dragons, video games, schools, translations, Gym Leader Erika, and an unusually overpowered Rattata. The end result: An obscenely overpowered Rattata!
Pamela, or 'Pammy' to her closest friends, was an ordinary teenage Rattata morph studying Physics at Saffron U. with her Sandshrew roommate Merideth. After a particularly bad week of running into the limitations of being very decidedly NOT in the top percentage of all species, she nodded off wishing she could have been a little luckier in the genetic die roll. Well, something was listening to her that night. Specifically, some thing with tremendous power and a very poor grasp on how single-digit-dimensional beings are normally supposed to work.
Now, granted unusual reality-bending powers by MissingNo. simply for being in the right place at the right time, Pamela has become a force to be reckoned with. She can change her size seemingly at will, and- well, let's save the interesting part for another time, for now!
Don't worry about the city, here, though. One especially nice bonus about Pamela's abilities is that, due to her semi-glitched status, reality mends itself in her wake. After she leaves an area, it'll only take a minute or two for lake-sized pawprints and flattened cars and broken glassware to snap back together and heal themselves. As useful as this party trick is, though, Pamela wishes she could figure out a way to use it to make her room clean itself. Ah well, you can't get everything you want!
