Athena: Ahahaha, this game is so hilariously unfair. It wants to be a typical arcade quarter-sucker, but it's way too discouraging for that. God help me, though, I think I actually legitimately enjoy this game sometimes.
El Shaddai: This actually is one of my all-time favourites, though. It's absolutely gorgeous beginning to end, the combat is fun and rewards skill more than button-mashing, and the story is rich with that unique brand of lunacy that can only come from a Japanese video game about Abrahamic religion.
Dark Souls: Hi! My name is Gavin and I'm a wanderer. I enjoy backtracking, bullshit disguised as difficulty, and making ridiculously brutal games even harder by spending all my equipment upgrades really stupidly. I also turned my best shield into a unique greatshield that I can't lift.
Battle Fantasia: Cedric is totally stealing my look with the mantle and glasses there! Except I don't borrow my shorts from Lara Croft.

Prettymuch no sleeves ever is what I decided on when I'm actually trying to keep it consistent. There are images that have blatant ignorance of this, but oh well. I don't mind.
Another thing I thought of was piercings to allow sleeves to be buttoned through the wing membrane.

Battle Fantasia is one of my fav lesser known Fighters, i LOVE the attention to detail in everyones story modes. Especially the alt (and often more comedic) paths each character gets. I actually attempted to get the achievement for blocking Death Bringers ultimate attack, apparently its possible XD

Ahaha, I looked up a video of someone doing that achievement on YouTube. That was enough for me. I can't even beat the boss consistently.
The attention to detail is what I really enjoy about fighters, even though I will never be even remotely good at them. Usually it's the big, gorgeously-animated sprites that rope me in, but even in Battle Fantasia I love how everyone's throws change depending on the target and little things like that.
Cedric's quest to deliver world peace through goofy glasses was great, and the colour-coded Super Sentai team to fight Deathbringer.
