Yupyup this is definitely looking like a nightmare, made out of a crazy quilt of Gemma's worries and anxieties. A pretty far cry from the daycare dreams, assuming they're actually dreams and not some kind of alternate dimension or something. If they're dreams, they're abnormal dreams. This one is a lot more like a normal dream, made up of things the dreamer thinks and feels when awake.
You can tell that Paul's opinion of her has become more important than it used to be, because dream-Paul is front and center with his disapproval. Even the judge is peripheral.
