Okay so this really is the last page im doing for a while. I just wanted to get to this part because..well...i've been waiting practically a year for this scene and Gem's been through soo much and people have been asking a lot when the parents will finally make an appearance and well...guess everyone will have to wait for the next page whilch like i said...im taking a short hiatus from found to concentrate on other stuff. MWahaha
Incidentally The song lyrics aren't mine They're billy joels Lullabye song found here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcnd55tLCv8 its my favourite billy joel song and my favourite lullabye and it fits the whole scene perfectly.

LOL lion-o WAS a moron. that was the idea he was supposed to be cocky full of himself and completely inexperienced and the other thundercats were there to pick up after him...although in fairness mumrah was pretty pathetic in the old cartoon too actually rewatching thundercats-ho was really very hysterical its awful but in a fantastic way
well in the old one he was a child the same age as kitt/katt who physicaly aged to adult hood. So being a moron in the old one while silly and cheesy made sense.
In the new show he's been forced to be the idoit by the writters more. Best example is when him and the other 2 thundecats are being chased by an army of lizardmen with tanks and guns. They have nothing. Lion-o ops to run away for now. Only to have the episode show that one should never run away even when it's the SMART thing to do cuase dumb luck (like pantrho showing up with a tank of his own and saving everyone) will happen. It's these stories that annoyed me when Lion-o gives an order that makes sense yet the show goes out of its way to say no he's a dumb for trying to lead and should just go with blind faith.

MOAR!!!!! MUST HAVE MOAR!!! COOKIE COOKIE COOKIE! Oh...sorry...wrong addiction there. I am completely hooked to this comic as well. Watching Gem grow right before our very eyes. Grow...oxymoron in this situation i know, but the character is certainly developing. You are doing a wonderful job, please keep it up!

It's amazing how far your story has come. Really, you've progressed both in writing and in art and so far it has been absolutely delightful reading. <3
I have been working on a graphic novel myself, and even though it's completely different I can say that yours has been a great experience so far and I can't wait to see the rest!!

I JUST found this comic earlier tonight, and I've read it from beginning to end. Every page is so well detailed, both the pictures and the storyline. Baby Gem is such a cutie, and I'm glad that adult Gem is finally starting to open up, even after having such a tough life. I can say I'm definitely hooked and I can't wait for the next page. You've earned yourself a new watcher! *huggles* :3

This is so emotion evoking I can really feel all of the uplifting feelings gem is going through. This is simply amazing gem I feel like you have really created something here that will be looked back at by babyfurs for years to come. You should really be proud sis. I am on the edge of my seat to see what happens and to see what mama is gonna do. =^.^=
This whole stair-climbing sequence could be a video for that song. (I love Billy Joel. I have for years and years. That is a super pretty song, though not my favorite Billy Joel song. I think "And So It Goes" is prettier, but sadder.) I can just see Gem climbing up the stairs in slow motion as that song plays in the background.
I just ... don't want poor Gem to be disappointed. I don't want this to be some kind of siren song pulling the ship onto the rocks. That would just be so cruel. I mean, there must be a reason why Zee-Zee warned Gem that she shouldn't be here. This place has to be the center of the sorrow that weighs her heart down. I'm just so worried that there's nothing good to be found here.
I'm still sad about Grub! Though if she gets back to the daycare center dream he'll probably be fine.

Aaawwww ... I'm thinking that Gem must be somewhat conscious of what her body's doing in person, if she's found her binkie (and earlier when she was changed in the courtroom - maybe that was when Paul had to change her?)

Why do I feel so close to tears from this. The good bye to grub and the mothers singing. I clicked the link to hear the song and ohhh man my feelings x.x reminds me of when I was you get and how I loved to hear my moms singing. I have some recorded somewhere when I got older and asked her to sing so I can keep it with me. She would sing beautiful songs and always make me feel like tearing up cus her voice was like an angel.
