Aaaaactually, one episode ("Oh, Brother?" is the title) shows that Daggett is actually the genius twin. He just hides it so Norbert doesn't feel bad. I mean, look at how devastated Norb was when Dag turned out to be a tiny bit TALLER than him. XD
