Holy pants. This is the 66th render of the Maiden I have on my hard disk, (not counting those renders which were just straight-up overwritten) and I'm still not happy with the lights. I think it's an improvement over the last version I uploaded, but I'm still not happy. I think I'm willing to cry "uncle" on this one.

But yes. Originally I had her called the Scorned Maiden in Raiment of Blood, and for the backstory I had in mind at the time, that fit just fine. But as I fleshed out her backstory, it became... less-so. So now she's known as the Maiden of the Darkened Eye.
