I got it instantly (but then again, I both enjoy bad puns--are there any other kind?--and even make them on occasion) and found it hilarious. The only thing that made me scratch my head was how the "Ceilingnuts" balloon seemed to be coming from off-panel as if someone other than you said it. But then I figured it out.

What got me was how her breakage of the bottle off-panel, your reaction, and the fact we couldn't see your lower half made it seem as if she'd smashed your nuts. Intentional, or a "happy" accident?

Some people need to chill out and stop dissing on others' humor just because they hold themselves to some "superior" standard. That old lady needs to stay away from my bro! If she doesn't stop, she shell have to be punished to the full extent of the (coles)law. *shakes a fist*

If there were such a thing as "The funny police", who patrol the world dictating what's funny and what's punishably lowbrow (or, in the case of this old lady, "funny vigilantes") the careers which half of the most popular comedians out there have made their fortunes with would suddenly be rendered illegal and illicit. Hell, I think Dane Cook would receive a few consecutive life sentences, anyone who makes a "that's what she said" joke would be shot on sight, and you could no longer question the motives of chickens crossing the road. :P
