This is a scene later on in Vicci's life when she gets into trouble with the cops for the first time in her life. She is now 20 years old. The police called her mother to pick her up being that the offence wasn't bad. Her mother walks through the door and runs to her daughter but Vicci pushes her away. Her mother is stunned and with tears in her eyes she goes to hold Vicci's hand but Vicci turns away, not wanting anyhting to do with her. And that's the story behind this.
