(at this point it was now some time ago...) Well, he complained that his room was too far away from the elevators (which i can understand but thats on the construction workers PLUS he had the best room there, complained that whatever items he requested for took too long (though each item I saw on record was delivered within 10 minutes and meets the 5 star forbes standards), complained about how long he was online with front desk (which is a legitimate complaint... except I'm not working at front desk... I'm an op at housekeeping....), complained about having to pay anything (though front desk comped his room so he had to pay nothing), and with his most ear bursting complaint he complained about housekeeping not cleaning his room (to which the reason was he refused service, then after dayshift left his room without notifying anyone that he wanted it cleaned, came back, called front desk to state that his room was never serviced and had front desk ask us to clean it, to which we arrived there in 10 minutes with housekeeping, just for him to deny service yet again.....).

Still.... a much better guest than Bieber was...
