The other little something I owed my big tig of a buddy
artizek for all those awesome drawings he did of me. :3
Supremely fun to work on this, as I wanted to give it a more cartoonish look than my usual stuff. It didn't end up quite as stylized as I might have liked, but eh, altogether, I think it came together quite nicely.
And yes, as Art guessed when I showed this to him, the background is inspired by some Calvin and Hobbes art. (Hey, it's about a guy and his tiger friend, right? :P )

So I take it the iron vertebrae finally came in the mail, along with the suspension bridges for your shoulders and the "Re-calibrating your body for the post-apocalyptic cyborg indoctrination or piggy backing absurdly larger things for dummies" book.

Gracias! And, for my equally depraved response... but of course! Why WOULDN'T Bioxz be happy? Everything you need for a delightful, perfect summer's day is all around him... warm air with a cool breeze, the smell of nature all around him, bright, shining, cheery sun against the front of his head, and the comfortable contour of a musky male tiger groin against the back of his head. It's like those perfect, idyllic summers Norman Rockwell used to depict.
AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!! This is so incredible! I kind of expected me to be running with you on my shoulders. I don't know how you're managing to heft my half ton ass so effortlessly, but you're making it look so easy. Jaroq's musculature looks great and really clashes with that high-as-a-kite expression with that enormous grin and bulging anime eyes. I know I said earlier that the background looked very Calvin & Hobbes themed but it also look like something out of the 100 Acre Wood.

You know, I WAS going to go with the first option, but then I figured this would just plain be funnier. How's Bioxz managing to do this? Dunno. Maybe he took the same drugs that got Jaroq looking so high, as is completely unaware of the fact that his spine just collapsed into his pelvis. :P Or hell, maybe it's just the magic of the moment, flights of childlike fancy, and they should both just not question it until reality sets in and Bioxz is like "Why are my shoulders vertical, all of the sudden??" o.O

Everything about this pic is freaking adorable--from the Calvin and Hobbes, cartoonish style. to your expressions, to the hilarious size difference. I love it!! What a wonderful return gift.
