I think this is the first time i've done a conveyor belt commission. they're used quite a lot in regression/babyfying type art scenarios. I have a vague recollection of some bugs bunny or daffy duck cartoon having something similar happen, perhaps thats where the idea originated from.

I remember some donald duck cartoon where he got babied by a mechanical pram with big cartoonish hands like the ones here, I remember even at whatever young age I was when I first watched it (i think i must have been 7 or 8 at the time) I felt embarrassed by it because secretly i wanted that to be me. *blushes*
