Another older one -- maybe from about a year and a half ago(?).
Just another two-color doodle thing so I could have a seasonal desktop during the summer rainy season. Weirdly, now that I've moved, the rainy season is suddenly in the winter... Either way, this guy's doing a pretty lazy job of trying to stay dry ^_^
I had him chomping on an onion so I could include a little teardrop motif on him as well (and because onions are delicious!), but for all the blue and weeping, I really didn't mean for this pic to be emo ^_^
He's lovin' it. I promise.

Woo for blue~~~
I also really like green, but I wind up using it a whole lot less, for some reason... I think it's harder for me to use warm colors in general -- everything I do is always cool, cool, cool. Haha, outside of the context of a conversation about color, that could sound really smug <3

Thanks ^_^ I wanted to have it as a desktop background, so I knew I needed it to have a good bit of open, blank space, but didn't want it to be totally flat and uninteresting ^_^
And for better or worse, about 80% of the stuff I do starts out blue. A lot of it will turn into some other color(s) along the way, but for whatever reason, blue seems to be my default sketching color...

i wish i could curate my favorites folder and rearrange the order, firstly so that as I update it, all the works by a given artist are lumped together, and more specifically, so i could put this next to this http://www.furaffinity.net/view/301556
