Very nice pic indeed, please correct me if I am wrong, it appears that you are using mostly colored pencils for the actual coloring of your work, to include the initial drawing. Then you are using a pen to solidify the line art to enhance the containing boundries for your colors.

If this is the case, while truely excellent, I would like to propose the addition of water color pencils to your arsenal of tools. They color very much the same as regular old color pencils, but dip a paint brush in some water and you can smooth out a heck of a lot of the colors. =+}
