I am SO SO SO SOOO SORRY it took so long! I hope the outcome is worth the wait.
I have never designed a dress before, I hope they aren't hideous to people who know dresses! (They look pretty to me ^^;)
It was interesting researching and drawing real tea party stuff (as opposed to a Mad tea party). I have to say, it's all so whimsical and adorable, with the dainty little pastries and color-coordinated outfits and dishes... I practically KAWAII!-ed myself to death while researching (google image search "Afternoon tea party stuff" and you'll see what I mean). I learned a bunch of stuff too..
Apparently, there are a ton of different things that can be called a tea party. I chose the one I'd kind of had in mind, and found out it would be called a light afternoon tea. The moar you know! (Unfortunately, these ladies have not-so-good tea party etiquette, but I only ran across a tea etiquette page after the lineart was finished.. Sorry I made them improper, Horsefever! ^^;)
Girl stuff is always so cute, pastel and fun and dainty-secret-society-looking.. Why don't girls wanna be girly anymore? I mean come on- MINI CAKE. And such cute little matching EVERYTHING... Gods I'm a fag... XD
