Yes, I reused a few previous elements.
I actually left some of the original inks in the background, it was how it looked as I was drawing the new inks, and it helped demonstrate Cody is hungover and having trouble recalling things.
People seem to have missed the memo here. I am not writing this comic. I never want to write another comic again. The scripts are all provided by my fiance, and while I have to do a good amount of editing and rearranging to get them into page-length segments, it's all his ideas. So you can consider that either credit or blame where it is due

Haha... I LOL'd hard at the image of Vlad holding Dani at gunpoint XD Yeah, good thing that was just a piece of Cody's imagination, I don't think her clipboard would win against Vlad... or would it?! ^.^

Whoa, Cody almost fell out of the car, that wouldn't have been good. He certainly has one overactive imagination; pretty sure that mouse is Dani. If I recall, Dani is capable of handling just about any situation with her clipboard.

Well, I dislike her about as bad as I dislike him. The whole thing is played for laughs, which is... disconcerting to say the least, the ease in which he threatens and manipulates people is not something I find funny. It does make me wonder if this would be the one thing that could get that girl to stop being a rabid 28 Days Later infectee. From everything we've seen, that clipboard has to be made of adamantium or something...

You used the nose close-up montage again! I love that! Cody's almost like "It...it was all just a dream? A dream." Vlad walks in and smooches Jake "Or vas it?!" "Honey bunches of oats", very cute! Love the imagination panel with Dani. If only that had actually happened in TCM! for laughs, of course.

So what if it was re-used? That gag was hilarious, adorable, and worth seeing again. And how sneaky and evil of you, implying at first that the whole night might have been just a dream, instead of him just sleeping off a hangover.

Vince didn't exactly make a cover page for this comic. However, he did make a submission introducing both Vlad and Giorgiy which is actually the beginning of the comic.

If there is one, I haven't seen it. I don't think an image like that was made; unless someone else made it. That's just a guess.
