Awe thanks! My parents got us a couple nights there as a gift. X3 We also stayed in the Rocky Mountain room. Most of the rooms seem like they're in severe need of updating (especially for the price tag) but there really isn't that many hotels that are as unique as that!! Definitely awesome for photoshoots!

i had gone there for my birthday a couple years back. amazing place yes. im not sure if you explored around but DAMN! what got me? the bathrooms! the mens room, which i figure you did NOT go into. or maybe you did!? We found the urinals to be a LITERAL waterfall mounted in the wall. pouring out over this kinda. pool. yes that was the fuggin urinal. we made a deal with the females there. we wanted to see what they had in theirs while they swapped over to ours. LOL. the sea shell sinks were amazingly large too. ;) but yeah crazy freaking place. we too wanted to bring suits there ;) my macaw in one of the foresty rooms for instance.

My dad took a picture of it and sent it to my phone while we were driving over.. and then the Caveman room actually had the SAME THING IN THE BATHROOM... right next to the toilet. My fiance and I kind of found the urinal thing rather disgusting tbh but they are quite unique! lol... but yeah just imagine the years of pee splash on the floor... eww... 8|

If you're thinking of staying there I may as well warn you, the place seems like it hasn't been updated in 40 years (actually this was confirmed by my mother's laughing and then falling down the stairs in reaction to the main building) and smelled really dusty/musty so much so that we actually bought an air freshener the second night. The first room we stayed in was really not kept up very well and was dirty (Harvard Room) the second one was nice but just a BACK IN TIME WARP styling wise (Rocky Mountain Room) and the Caveman one had some ventilation issues but was otherwise awesome in a good "back in time warp" sort of way! The lack of insulation on the rooms pretty much drove both of us insane (we could hear people snoring in every single room and babies crying that were many rooms away) and we had some other weird issues with the room while we were there. In the end we decided: Not so great as a "hotel" (and that price tag is insane) but awesome for photoshoots! hahaha. The nights we stayed there were a late Engangement gift from my parents though. X3
