And so the hard press continues.

Rather ironic that their forces aren't as reluctant to use or forcefully held back by their superiors to use mortars. Then again, trenches are rather easy to dig back out after that, buildings are another story.

The Eurasian high command didn't want to shell the city. The Europa forces have no problem with shelling the Eurasian trenches, although the ones stuck in the siege would have been short on ammo until now. In any case these are French troops creating a smoke screen with smoke rounds.
