A (sort of) late halloween pic!

The character's name is Karla and she was from a silly little idea I had about a school for witches. This is only the second time I've drawn her (the first drawing is dated in September 1999!! ). This is also her first colour pic.

This was drawn while I was on vacation by my mother after going to MFM.

This was also cleaned up using Open Canvas.
