Okay, okay, I can't keep a straight face. Niggles is totally a silly little dragon whom loves to bedeck friends and foes alike with lots and lots of ribbons until they can no longer move.

This picture came from a Livestream session (Ruderoodesign) done in my sketchbook with normal pencil. It was going to just be a simple bust pic, but got a bit crazy once ribbons started being added.
