The Forgotten Warrior, USS Utah , still at Pearl Harbor on the other side of Ford Island across from the Arizona.
57 men are still entombed within her.
Never forget, this day of infamy. Thank a WW2 Vet while you still can.

Its a protected wreck, hard core jealously guarded by the military, as is the Arizona. Both the Utah and Arizona are war graves. The reason why the Utah isn't as well shrined is cause A: She was literally at her lifes end when the attack happened. No longer a warship so to speak, her turrets gone. Her crew losses were far fewer than the 1177 killed on the Arizona.
The Arizona represents literally half the casualties at Pearl Harbor and the Arizona was an active warship, the Flagship pf the Pacific Fleet.

I just get ticked off when people cry about how the twin towers was the worse attack on american soil. Obviously they completely forgot about what happened back in 1941. A salute and moment of silence to all those who died on that day and to those who fought and died protecting our rights to forget about such a tragic and terrable moment.
Huh, I missed the fact that there's more than one wreckage still in the harbor. I thought it was all towed out to sea to rot in the haunted depths just outside the harbor. I know someone who has dived in that place and it was terribly dangerous and spooky. Thanks for that factoid. WWII veterans rock on!
