Fantastic coloring here, Stephanie! I love how you get the colors to fade into each other. When I have time and a more reliable modem I'm going to ask you about that, because I've decided I like working in colored pencil but have a lot of learning to get to your level. What part of this is ink? Just the fine black outlining or some of the color too?

The fine black outline and the solid blue behind the dragon. I needed artwork quickly for the Bristol Ren Faire and ink as a background is MUCH faster than layers of color pencil.

Thanks; that blue came out very nice. I see at least 3 shades of blue in the background though, not one solid color. What is the ink applied with? Markers? Some other tool I don't know about yet? Whatever it is, it really looks good.

Just a brush. Nothing fancy.
