I had dreams like this when I was really depressed. You can note me if you need to vent or if you need someone to talk to about the dreams. I'm no psychologist but they often do indicate some distress.
But it will be okay, in the end they are just dreams, and the best thing you can do is reflect on what may be making you feel as such in a healthy way. Try not to get too anxious in your introspection.

perhaps try changing your habits before bed. many times a repeating stimuli will illicit certain responses in our memories thus affecting our dreams. REM sleep is essentially our brains processing our day/week/etc so it is possible that stress from the week, or certain events whether they be negative or such are currently being processed. so by changing what you normally do for bed might activate other memories to be processed or by thinking about different things before sleep might help. there is no guarantee this will work but every little bit helps right? (sorry, i have my degree in psych specifically in Industrial Organizational psych but i like to delve into neurology periodically.)
