This basset hound is called Ludo! She is the furry equivelent of "The Lady of Pain" from the Planescape game series. She basically occupies a trans-dimensional hub/city known as Sigal, which exists at the top of an infinately tall spire in the center of reality. She enjoys snuffling, ear fuss and using her powers to trp people in mazes for the rest of their lives...and denying Gods passage through her realm.
