ahh.. so thats how you do that.
ive heard the saying it brings out your eyes many times.
but i never understood what colors worked for what.
so is it a color that matches your eyes that helps?

Not necessarily. Brown eyes often look better with light/sky blues and purples. Green eyes are brought out with browns and earth tones. Depends on the shade of the colour as well. XP

this is something im really interested in but to nervous to actually learn about.

I didn't paint that bit, I used a lace texture and put it on an overlay layer at very low opacity so it wouldn't be too overbearing XP
