This is Jack, one of Jessica's best creations ever in my humble opinion. Jess told me that she found it hard to get anyone to draw him- and I don't know why. She described Jack as a cynic, plotting griffon, "definitely not a sane eprson" she said... What is there not to enjoying drawing? *grin*
Jessie, I hope you like this. I tried to merge your awesome brush-like style, which so suits Jack's turbulent personality, with one of my own styles: the clean cut line work sort of appraoch yu see in most of my work. I thought this was really just about the only way to do this. After all, I had to re-invent a creation of yours, but the way I perceived him. As such i couldn't depart completely from your style, nor could I merely copy it. Besides, I think Jack is a mixture between the violent and the cold... movement and death-like stillness...
I hope you give those inner demons a good kick in the ass, Jessie. You're too wonderful an artist, a person and a friend to let them beat you. *Bear huggles*
