Where was this taken? I love what look like blast shutters on the windows. The whole thing has this dystopic Metropolis quality. When the workers riots they close shutters and then release mind control gas while pumping propoganda through the PA speakers until the workers calm down and go back to work.
Now that you mention it, it does rather look like something one might expect in 1984 or something similarly dystopic. :3 As for where it was taken, it's just one of a few abandoned buildings just at the outskirts of Liverpool city centre. Sadly, the other buildings are far less interesting, and not really worthy of photos of their own.
Not off the top of my head, no. But, as always, Google to the rescue!
