Looks good I think, Looks sort of ornamental clothing. Though a side/angle shot would be nice too, to see whats going on with the harness in the back half, you know me and your harnesses.

Though the paws look not as finished as the rest of the picture.

I dunno, but the paw toes seem less deliberate as compared to the rest of the lines in the drawing. They seem like you drew them and did not tweak them I suppose. Seem blocky, angled weird. If that's all I have to critique, your still great.
