Meet Kyshrakk, my orc character.
His backstory is kinda convoluted and I'm still fleshing it out. Suffice it to say he hasn't always been a greenskin, tho this picture doesn't necessarily depict him post-transformation. I imagine him living in a Shadowrun-inspired futuristic world in which some people similarly transform into different beings as magic returns, while technology ever marches on. His transformation into an orc was not spontaneous. In fact, it took several weeks to complete, slowly at first then ever compounding. His life changed just as much, with him being able to hide his transformation at first but the situation then quickly getting out of control as it became more and more apparent. After all, he's now nearly 8 feet tall, a couple hundred pounds of muscle and a vivid green! I imagine in the course of his mutation he went from living quite socially amongst friends and the normal human people of a bustling high-tech metropolitan city to now living on the outskirts of that city, keeping with other folks who had undergone similar unwanted changes.
Mentally, he's in a strange place, having turned inwards, looking for answers about his place in life. In truth, he welcomed the change and was rather prepared to deal with it. He assumed it was what he always wanted, doing the best he could to revel in it even as his social life fell to pieces. But in the end the novelty of what he had become wore off, the harsh reality sunk in and he was left with more questions than answers. It seems becoming the orc was merely scratching the surface, the first step to a longer journey.
This scene depicts that realization that there is yet a deeper spiritual urge lurking deep inside him. The mechawolf pendant is a clue and this image is in fact a sequel to previous one in my gallery.

Yeah man, I think he would very quickly stop contemplating his self worth after the progressive transformation if he took a good look at himself in the mirror. The chest hair and overall body hair lends itself well to his figure too, and I dig the way his calves and feet are slightly exaggerated in terms of size. It looks relatively balanced and pleasing still!
