Welcome all who are curious enough to read this particular journal! Now, to those of you that somehow found your way here without going through my profile first; bold text equals a link!
These are my top 5 of
charrio's works, and the reasons why I like 'em, as requested here!
Onwards to the artwork!
1.My Slutty Sister, pg01: This particular comic was one of the first things I encountered upon coming to FA. It covers all the bases for an adult comedy story; super-hot sexin', hilarious randomness while still appearing to have some kind of plot, dirty humor in all the right places, and the twisting of various characters who are well known into the most inventive parodies of themselves that it still makes me chuckle every time I think about it!
2.Eve of Justice: Above all, the thing that got me about this piece was Eve's pose; the combination of watchful vigilance, sadness at the situations she goes through, and a resolve to do what is right was conveyed; simply by the set of the shoulder, the position of her ears, and the slightly wet look of her eyes.
3.Waffles the Dog: Though it is a break from his usual style, and it actually looks more realistic as a thumbnail, this piece demonstrates the mastery by Mr. Charrio of his chosen medium: digital chalk. How many furry artsts can you say that about, eh?
4.DarkAngel's Night Cry: A rare bit of story from Mr. Charrio, one involving both Nelwin, the mouse dude from the comic, and DarkAngel, a demonic vixen, again of his own invention. Personally, I find a good raunchy story to be entertaining on far more levels than a naughty pic, and this one delivers in spades!
5. I'm Turning Eighteen...: The things ths man does for his fans...it's humbling, actually. Again, the pose conveys the emotion so well; this time, it's practically screaming 'shy yet sultry'!
