My Terms of Service and "rules" list is pretty relaxed and its content will likely not surprise you:
ABOUT ME:
• I APPRECIATE YOU. I will never take your money or your faith in me for granted. There are a million artists online, so I very much appreciate that you chose me.
• It is critical to me that you love what you pay for. I happily accept changes, within reason.
• I feel that I am a very responsive artist and easy to work with. Please contact me at any time for any reason. Telegram and Twitter are fastest.
• I am a professional with many years of experience, so I am very patient and l have high expectations, and quality standards.
PAYMENT:
• RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE. My time is valuable, but so is your trust. If you would like to negotiate terms or prices, please do not hesitate to ask.
• My rates are based on years of experience, based on an approximated hourly rate of roughly $15 per hour, and this rate is increased occasionally. The next update is set for July 1, 2021.
• I generally ask for 50% payment up-front and 50% upon completion.
• I do not charge based on Bust, Half Body, Full Body, etc... The Client decides what they want. If the client does not specify, I will select what works best for the scene.
• I accept most forms of payment, though I prefer PayPal.

THEMES I DO NOT ACCEPT:
I am open to most themes and erotic art though I *DO NOT* take on certain subjects. Some I am morally opposed to, and some are just too far outside of my interests for me to create anything decent for you. Sorry. Examples of topics I will not work on:
• Underage (under 18 years of age), minor, cub, lolita
• Rape, forced, non-consensual sex
• Incest
• Zoo, bestiality, feral sex
• Gore, extreme violence, torture
• Nazi, political
• Vore, weight gain
• Gross, body-horror, disturbing,
• Scat, watersports, diaper, slimy, messy, dirty, flatulence, bukake

My Full Terms of Service
UPON COMPLETION YOU WILL RECEIVE:
• Artwork will be created in pencil, pen, or digital mediums based on timeframe and artist's schedule.
• You will receive the artwork as a digital file or scan (if relevant) as a high-resolution digital file, 300 dpi, RGB color, PSD, TIF, JPG-HR (high-res), and JPG-LR (low-res) formats.
• You will receive all preliminary and initial sketch work created in the process of making your custom artwork.
• The artwork will not be watermarked.
• In all cases, the commissioner is entitled to claim the original physical drawing (if one was made), though I request an additional ~$10 (per square foot) to cover flat-shipping, etc.
RIGHTS OF THE COMMISSIONER:
• All PAID artwork is the property of the commissioner. If payments remain, or if the artwork was not paid for, the Artist retains all rights.
• The commissioner may post, transmit, store, share and print the PAID artwork however they wish! I only ask that my signature, tags and links remain in tact.
LIMITATIONS ON STANDARD COMMISSIONS:
Everything is negotiable. But to avoid incurring additional fees, try to keep your commission within these guidelines:
• Limit two characters on all commissions.
• Be organized and clear with your desires upfront; if your idea is vague or if you change your mind a lot, it will add time and the fee will increase. I do NOT work with "I'll know it when I see it" ideas unless you're willing to an hourly pay rate.
• Please allow at least 30-45 business days for completion.

Tier 1a: Black & White (My cheapest option)PENCIL SKETCHES
This Simple Sketch is a rough drawing intended to capture a quick feel for a character and/or situation. The drawing is relaxed and unrefined, and will be gestural in nature (i.e. still showing the build-up and un-erased linework), and is often referred to as the 'napkin sketch'. These drawings are common in convention sketchbooks and great for economical drawings on a tight budget.
Single color. Digital or Traditional. Up to 8.5 x 11″ (300 dpi). Rough / Quick drawing. No background. One to two characters only. Economical. No upgrades.

Tier 1b: Black & WhitePENCIL DRAWINGS
A popular item, the pencil drawing is commonly referred to as a "hero pose" or "concept art" for its stand-alone, single character, non-background qualities. This type of art is perfect for showcasing a character's attitude, features, or characteristics and is essentially a concept-art piece. The artwork will be created in my preferred medium, graphite (pencil) (or the digital equivalent).
Single color. Digital or Traditional. Up to 11 x 17″ (300 dpi). Refined / Shaded drawing. Minimal background. One to Two characters only. Economical. No upgrades.

Tier 1c: Black & WhiteINK DRAWINGS
Beginning with a pencil sketch, the artwork is upgraded to ink linework, shadow and hatching, also referred to as "Comic-book style".
Single color. Digital or Traditional. Up to 11 x 17″ (300 dpi). Clean and crisp drawing. Minimal background / texture. One to Two characters only. Economical. Upgrades possible.

Tier 1d: Black & WhiteFULL PENCIL/INK RENDERINGS
'Renderings' are finished monochromatic pieces that include fully completed backgrounds or environments and may include up to three characters before incurring additional fees. This artwork is different from "Rendered Characters" in that the illustration is more considered, with a narrative twist, deeper meaning, and detailed environments/situations. In effect, a proper, full, black & white illustration. These pieces are normally completed with graphite, charcoal, ink, or digitally. If you have a preference, please let me know at the time of commission.
Single color. Digital or Traditional. Up to 11 x 17″ (300 dpi). Refined Illustration. Full background / environment. One to Two characters only. Economical. Upgrades possible.

Tier 2a: Color PaintingsFLAT-COLOR PAINTINGS
A favorite painting style is the simplified 'flats only' technique that is common of Manga and low-budget cartoons. This artwork is bright, vibrant, and relies completely on contour linework with simple color. This technique discards all photorealism in favor of conveying quick and fun colorful images, which cuts down on the rendering time. This style works well for commissioners seeking rushed orders, or for those looking to bring life to simple ideas like RP sessions, character concepts, or for people on a budget.
Flat color. Digital or Traditional. Up to 11 x 17″ (300 dpi). Simple drawing. No background. One to Two characters only. Upgrades possible.

Tier 2b: Color PaintingsCELL-SHADED PAINTINGS
This upgraded Rendering is painted and is treated as a simple 'concept' illustration often containing no background or a simple background, it may be painted in your medium of choice though is most often digital. Often called a "hero shot" or "pin-up", these images contain virtually no narrative component and are merely intended to show off the character.
Cell-shaded (anime/cartoon style). Digital or Traditional. Up to 11 x 17″ (300 dpi). Refined / Shaded drawing. Minimal background. One to Two characters only. Upgrades possible.

Tier 3: Full Color Paintings (My highest quality option)FULL RENDERED PAINTINGS
I am available for 'Traditional' Illustrations / Paintings if you have a high-brow or narrative piece that you would like created. Common for book covers, novel frontispieces, comic covers, scenes from a role-play session, or merely for showing off your character(s) in heroic/erotic situations. This style of commission is my highest-level commission and is intended for the more serious collector/commissioner. Although Digital is the medium most requested, I also work "traditionally" with oils, acrylics, watercolor, gouache, colored pencil, pastel, etc. Choice of medium may impact price to cover consumed materials. Traditional artwork will also impact time frame.
Full Color. Digital or Traditional. Up to 24 x 36, (300 dpi). Fully painted / rendered. Full background / environment. One to Two characters only. IF TRADITIONAL: Oil, Acrylic, Gouache, Colored Pencil, Marker, Pastel, WaterColor, etc (your choice). Up to 27 x 40". NO FRAME. Shipping and Handling extra. Upgrades possible.

Tier 4a: Comics & SequencesSEQUENTIAL IMAGES
Sequential images such as transformations are priced by stage. There are no minimums or maximums for stage-count. Each stage is priced for full-body. It is preferred that the story/script/dialogue/idea already be written and broken down by stage. However, I am happy to work with you if you would prefer.
One to Two characters. No minimum panel or stage count. No maximum panel or stage count. Sequences over 10 panels or stages will be discounted 30%. Upgrades possible.
Sequential Stages are priced by panel/stage. There is a flat starting rate of:
BLACK AND WHITE ONLY:
• $45 (digital) or $55 (traditional) per page for PENCIL SKETCH ONLY (loose and unpolished), or
• $60 (digital) or $70 (traditional) per page for PENCIL DRAWING, or
• $90 (digital) or $100 (traditional) per page for INK DRAWING, or
• $110 (digital) or $120 (traditional) per page for FULLY RENDERED, or
COLOR:

Tier 4b: Comics & SequencesCOMIC PAGES
Comics are my passion and my first love. But they take a long time, and a lot of thinking goes into each panel before I even start drawing which is why it's preferred that the story/script already be written and/or broken down by panel action, even if it's just a very simple concept. (No actual written script needs to be provided, just the idea). If you wish to include dialogue, it is also best that you prepare this yourself as well. However, I will happily work with you to create these things for you if you would prefer as I do enjoy this as well. For larger projects like full comic work (22 pages), the more organized the client is, the better. Full comics (20+ pages) will be discounted. All comics are priced for 1-2 primary characters (background characters will be added as necessary, no additional fee).
One to Two characters. Limit five panels maximum per page. No minimum page count. No maximum page count. Full comics (20 pages or more) will be discounted 40%. Upgrades possible.
Comic pages are priced by page. There is a flat starting rate of:

Tier 5a: SpecialtyTELEGRAM STICKERS
Stickers for the Telegram instant messenger/chat-service are a fun and super-personal way to express yourself! Who would want cliché emojis when you could use your own fursona instead? Stickers are priced per sticker using a flat rate. The first sticker is $20 and every sticker (of that same character) is $10 after that. Any requested sticker that requires an additional or guest character will require an additional $5 fee per sticker where that character appears.
Flat / Cell-Shaded only. Digital only. No backgrounds. One character only. No minimum count. No maximum count. Upgrades possible.

Tier 5c: SpecialtyREFERENCE SHEETS
Fursona Reference Sheets are created to illustrate your character from 3 (or more) angles in a traditional turn-around style. (Front, side, and rear). Additional angles can be added for an additional fee. I will ask you to supply details and relevant information about your character prior to beginning. Although it helps to have at least one prior drawing of your character for reference, this is not required. Optional add-ons can include props, additional angles, facial expressions, gender bits, wings, clothing, weapons, vehicles, variant colorings, etc. These add-ons may incur an additional fee if they're complicated (vehicles, mythical animal familiars, ornate weapons, etc).
Digital only. Background as necessary. One character only. Three angles (front, back, 3-quarter). Three props / items maximum. Upgrades possible.
• $50 (digital only) for SKETCH CHARACTER / SONA REFERENCE SHEETS
• $125 (digital only) for CELL-SHADED CHARACTER / SONA REFERENCE SHEETS

Tier 5d: SpecialtyANIMATICS
I am now offering simple 'animations' which are dynamic 2.5D illustrations rather than full-fledged animation. Also referred to as 'time-based media' or 'animatics', these moving pictures use an existing illustration and add motion and dynamic effects to create an interactive, eye-catching illustration that is no longer static. Even simple motion can add a rich and complex layer of intrigue to your character, offering new depth to their emotion, personality, and attitude! NOTE: I prefer to work from my own illustrations for ethical reasons. I will need written permission from the original artist if you're submitting someone else's illustration for consideration. Digital Only.
Flat / Cell-Shaded. Digital only. Background as necessary. One to Two characters only. 5 seconds minimum. 120 seconds maximum. Upgrades possible.

Tier 6: FursuitsFURSUITS
— SUIT COMMISSIONS CLOSED FOR NOW —
I've begun building fursuits after a commission I requested of a designer ran off with my money, forcing me to do it myself! ...Which lead to a new passion! I find fursuit building to be extremely fun and exciting! I enjoy building suits that straddle the toony/realistic divide. I also love to cater to the commissioner whom has never owned a fursuit before since I know the process can be tricky, confusing, and daunting. I take great pride in working with people until they are happy, especially if they're new to the process. As with my illustrated commissions, I will ask you about your requirements and preferences before beginning on your suit.
I would describe myself as a middle-of-the-road builder. I DO NOT compete with the top builders, whom mastered their craft on a much higher level. My suits are hobbyist creations, and are therefore priced to be much cheaper as a result. My techniques and skills are solid, but not master level.
Fursuits, both partial and full, often have a very wide variety of needs and requirements and therefore the costs are determined entirely by your vision. Keeping in mind that a standard full suit (head and all items) will run about $680 minimum for supplies alone, a standard suit will begin at least $1,500 (for materials and labor) and can travel up to $3,000 as add-ons grow. We will work together to satisfy your budget and needs!
I ALWAYS begin by creating an estimate that shows where every dollar goes, listing all of the supplies and estimated labor time into line-items BEFORE we begin.
A reference sheet is REQUIRED. If you do not already have one, I will happily with you to create one. The sheet will cost $75 to create and must be approved by you before we begin. If you are happy with the reference sheet and proceed to building the suit, the $75 fee will be applied to the cost of the suit. I will NOT begin work without an approved Reference Sheet! |
