So I suffered from an immense vertigo today noon. The type when you vomit too because it was so dizzying.
I was diagnosed with Posterior Canal Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
Joy. Now I can't sleep as I used to. How I will do that is a mystery. Probably less sleep.
*a day latter
It was less sleep. Oh, and vertigo came back to not as bad but it's there. Let see what the doctor has to say about that.

Uh, that sucks, hope there'll be, I don't know, a therapy for that.

I was told it was not complex, but it also didn't work 100%. Still had the dizzy this morning for few minutes.

I had a diagnosis of that many years ago, but they had me do this maneuver for each side and it went away. They told me it can go away on its own, and sometimes come back as well, but I've been lucky so far.

Wait....do feel like as you close your eyes your subconscious makes you think that the area around you starts to spin?

I don't even need to close my eyes. The world is spinning anyway.

benign posterior canal? is that where your butthole is connected to your inner ear, so every time you fart you gas your sense of balance?

I experienced this once while walking outside. It came out of nowhere and lasted about 5 seconds. Not something I want to experience on a daily basis. Hope they can give you medication to ease it.
