Hey guys just dropping a journal here

I have big plans to be moving to California next year, and we are currently in the process of hunting out a good place with good rent. We have a soft date of July for the move-in date. We already potentially have 1 pair of roomates in mind but we will potentially have another room that's open.

Currently the details available are that it's going to be a 3 bedroom apartment Or House whichever one ends up being cheaper. We will be shooting for a pet friendly place, but there may be an animal limit.

-Anyone looking to apply needs to be willing and prepared to have a job lined up before the move even happens so that transition would be seamless.

-Roomate MUST be LGBTQ friendly. Handicapped friendly

-no smokers

-i have a ptsd and general anxiety disorder diagnosis so any potential roomies can NOT bring drama or have anger issues.

-first month rent required upon moving in

-all rent and utilities will be evenly split.

-a degree of maturity is wanted. Clean up after yourself and dont mess communal space. We are all adults.
