I guess you missed some key points like the gun was never taken across the state lines. It was purchased in state. But because it was falsely stated in the media that it was trafficked across state lines it must be true in your mind, facts be damned.

From the videos that I saw played in court it sure looked like Rittenhouse was attacked.

Something the media has never talked about was one of Rittenhouse's attackers was a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, that is strictly illegal in the United States by federal statute. But you will ignore that crime. And all others that were going on because you see it as righteous crimes.

Except is was trafficked and the evidence supports that. He could not purchase the gun, he could not possess the gun, and the gun was in his house the night before. He could not openly carry the gun down the street threatening and intimidating innocent protesters either. That is fact. And he did all of that. It's also fact that the protestors were dispersing at that time in that direction by police order and he was waiting along the route to cause havoc.

It's also fact he was not there as a medic or to protect a dealership, not was he asked to by anyone in Kenosha. That right there makes him a vigilante. Then you have him on camera the night before saying that he wished to kill protestors. And you have him on camera punching a woman without provocation.

The protestors were defending themselves from a madman with an assault rifle. That's what the video shows. And he shot an actual medic in cold blood.

The media has talked about the victim's past, but the right wingers ignore it to fit a narrative they like in their echo chamber as they want a hero to worship. Even if he's just another Dylan Roof. Not to mention past crimes have no bearing on the events that took place that night.

That is not what I was seeing.

He was caught in several lies that make Rittenhouse extremely disreputable. He claimed that night he was there as an EMT AND to protect a car dealership. He told people and admitted that he told people at the protest that he was an EMT. So, 1. He's not an EMT and has never been trained as one, he SHOT an actual EMT. 2. No EMT is going to walk around a protest with a big 'fuck off and fear me' rifle because in the trial he ADMITTED he couldn't adequately treat anybody while carrying the weapon and struggled with it even with it slung on his shoulder by the strap. 3. He played so dumb with ammo types and why he bought that specific weapon, when this kid is someone that shoots frequently with his friends and grown up with firearms his whole life, that it was clearly as much BS as his fake crying act. And again, he was not legally allowed to purchase that gun, and could have went to SEVERAL gun stores in his home state and bought a firearm he legally could have, and getting an 'adult' to purchase it FOR you is still a crime. It's no different than someone underage giving a someone money for beer and cigarettes. They are still breaking the law.

And his claim about protecting property, namely a car dealership is also bunk, he was never invited to or encouraged by the owner of that car dealership to protect his property. It's like some random ass stranger showing up on your porch with an assault rifle and saying he's 'just there to protect you'.

As protestors were dispersing and going home they were heading to 59th and Sheridan where Rittenhouse and several other armed right wing groups were at WAITING on the protestors to get there and were heard saying "Hey, take your positions, they’re coming our way"

Now you got this 17 year old, who also lied and told authorities he was an adult btw, chasing protestors, with a deadly weapon, that makes HIM the aggressor, and he was the aggressor 100%. And you have a few people that see this, and try to get his gun away from him so he doesn't kill people. The people he shot, and the people he killed were trying to defend themselves. They are the victims, they are the ones acting in self defense.

And again there's video of him sucker punching a woman, and video of him wanting to kill people who were just SHOPPING at a CVS. (Though that was 2 weeks before not the day before, that's my mistake.) But it does prove that he was FANTASIZING about gunning people down that just looked suspicious to him.

Um you have actual sources (Fox, CNN, etc., don't effing count)?? Cuz I have seen dozens of Reds saying he was out-of-state. Like The Daily Wire and such are all saying that the kid was totally out of his jurisdiction.

How about that watching part of the trial... now we are learning the prosecution manipulated and withheld evidence from the defense. Like giving the defense a low rez copy of drone footage when they had the HD footage. The DA is in hot water for things they have been pulling.

I watched the entire thing. The prosecution wasn't allowed to USE evidence at all. Otherwise Rittenhouse would have been found guilty by any common sense measure.

Well the bs the da pulled is mute at this point because young Mr. Rittenhouse was found not guilty on all charges.

Only because of a crooked judge, and handicapped prosecution. The actual evidence damns the little terrorist.

all white afaik, but that doesn't mean a damn thing in this situation. What matters is they were there protesting the unjust murder of Jacob Black, a black man.

Rittenhouse and others of his ilk showed up to intimidate and attack protestors. And the people against the protestors are all for murdering people of color. Rittenhouse was seen with known alt-right groups before the shooting. He is a terrorist. He attacked protestors without provocation and when they defended themselves he murdered two of them and injured an actual medic, while Rittenhouse LIED about being a medic. LIED about his age, LIED about being able to legally carry the gun, LIED about the reasons he was there. And all of that was proven.

If the trial was fair he would have been buried.

Irrelevant to the topic as it was though. Like asking what color the sky was when those innocent people were shot by Rittenhouse.

If anyone deserves to be punished, it's certainly Rittenhouse. But with how corrupt the system is, I unfortunately don't expect anything more severe than a handshake. The US justice system's a horrendous fucking joke.

Yeah, the justice system really failed the American people here. I personally hope that crooked judge loses his job, but I won't hold my breath.
