Today I'm celebrating a full YEAR on HRT....I can't believe it. It's been so validating and such a thrill to see my body go through these changes, to become ME - and every time I look in the mirror I see change, and I feel better about myself. I still have a long way to go, but starting HRT has been the best decision I've ever made.
