Thankfully I've not seen too much on my end (maybe I'm just lucky, idk) but I want to remind people that hating the Russian people isn't productive and in fact rather ignorant. A good portion of the population are even protesting this war, which in Russia runs the risk of arrest. Just like with any other country, the people there really don't have a lot of say over what the powerful do.
