Also, a warning - Russia's potentially looking at disconnecting from the internet entirely, limiting itself only to an internal internet. This could potentially cut you off even further.

While it's not a payment processor itself, you might look into setting up a subscribestar account, it's Russian based so may at least provide a way to maintain yourself for awhile.
