Basically, they had lifted the upcoming limitation. They now sending mail to everyone in Thailand say that we can continue using our PayPal account. Their PDF are also available here in the time of this writing if you need to read them.

I've stated that I'm not really happy with this before because that the damage and confusion has been done and their guideline for compensation is still blurred and not exactly the solution for what they had cause in the past 3-4 months. But ok that will be the problem on my side not gonna rant much now and I will have a look at that somehow... orz"



So, good news is, the account is still there to be use as normal but I may now considered it as an alternative instead. I still have the other option up if you fancy to try other services that's not as predatory. I'm now recommended Wise. Registration is free for personal account. Paying with it is even easier, faster and even use better rate.
