About a month ago my landlord gave me the news that I had to move. The previous month they'd shut off the internet because they decided they weren't using it enough to justify the cost. So I've spent the past month apartment hunting with only my phone for internet. It did not go well. Everyone I talk to agrees, it's a shit time to be apartment hunting. Rent has gone way up, and there's just not much available.

Things might improve for me later this year, my doctor has started trying to get me on to disability due to some health issues that have been plaguing me for years. It would make my income more reliable, and open up some housing options to me, but it's a long process and I've absolutely no idea when, or even if really, it will finally go through. In the short term a friend has told me I could sleep on their couch, but they don't have much space right now and I've got no other options. I'll have to figure something out. I've just no idea how right now.

This also put me in the position where I'll be losing my day job, leaving me with no income. So I'll be opening up commissions again to try and get some money coming in. I already have, in fact, but the first round of slots filled up fast. I'll be sure to post here when I can open up additional commission slots.
