I am sad to say that Paypal does not work in my country anymore. So far I used Payoneer but I am still not fully sure if it works and I also have Boosty!

you DON'T HAVE to make a boosty account, you can just log in your Google account (literally, one click registration). Registration is required if you want to subscribe me.
All payment is made in rubles (automatic conversion). The artist will have to tell you the cost in this currency before paying. (I use Paypal currency)

Boosty also supports membership (just like patreon) For now I offer art processes of works (from now on I will post art processes only for patrons) and Adoptables preview only for $2 monthly (~200 rub with current currency)
Now it's an alternative for both Ko-Fi and Paypal for all Russians. And also it's an alternative for Patreon, yep.
