Just a suggesttion: Don't Work with RoluevasReisa

I was debating whether or not to talk about this because I hate thinking about this guy and what he's attempted to do to me, but I get messages about him every couple of months from artists who have worked with him and have been victimized, and he's apparently super active here now rather than dA (I can only assume it's because the people he was stealing art from caught wind of him, but I digress), so I'm just going to drop this here.
RolueVasReisa is a commissioner who doesn't treat artists well, exercising the least amount of courtesy possible because he thinks he's allowed to abuse small business owners "because black lives matter is worse to small businesses'-- yes, I'm not even joking, and that can be viewed in our chat archive that I posted. Regardless of one's feelings on black lives matter or those who claim to be a part of it, RolueVasReisa, or Eric as I'm going to call him (His first name is public on both his dA and Twitter that he claims not to own), thinks he's justified in any and all of his behavior because there are people out there that are worse than him.
Just out of the things he's done to me after I declined to finish a commission because of his demeaning behavior he's:
-Claimed I stole money from him before refusing to complete his commission
(I never even gave him my PayPal info, and I've posted proof that I never received money from his paypal. He technically owes me money, since I mention in my TOS that the first have of a commission is non-refundable once dedicated works begin, but I do not want his money or anything to do with him.)
- Claimed I'm a domestic terrorist
(To clarify, he said that "anyone could tell that [TheRabbitFollower] is a terrorist by looking at their twitter bio"-- which I can only interpret as "they have a gay flag in their bio, so they're a bad person", because the only other info is my job and field of study, and I'm not sure being a freelancer or a behavioral scientist makes you a terrorist)
-Accused me of "spreading a false rape accusation" about him
(Not only have I never done this, I don't even know him irl, so I don't know how I would even have a leg to stand on if I ever accused him of raping me, but this one really gets under my skin as a survivor)
-Said I "doxxed him" and "sent bots to attack his page"
(Not only does he have no proof that I "doxxed him", as I haven't said anything that isn't public on HIS pages, but I don't even know how to get a bot for a discord server, let alone how to program one to spam him, as he claims)
-Accused me of stealing his "intellectual property"
(His OC's, I should specify. Not only have I never done this, nor do I not want any of his characters and would be embarrassed to claim any of them as mine, all I said was that I didn't want him using any sketches I made because they were never paid for. He's under a delusion that everyone steals from him, including companies like Bioware and amazon.com even though he's never really made anything himself.)
To put this in perspective, I didn't find out about ANY of this, until SIX MONTHS after I had last spoken to him. I've reached out about these issues in the few ways I can, as I've been blocked for bringing this up at all, but have been ignored.
I've also been doing commissions for money for almost nine years now, and never have I encountered someone as unpleasant as Eric. To my knowledge, he's still spreading this information as if it's true, and unless he posts anything publicly, I can't do shit about this. The most I can do is tell other people not to get involved in anything he does.
For proof of all of this, as well as documentation of how he treated me while working for him (He claims I cursed him out, which I didn't in any of our logs), I detailed my experiences in the links below.

Just be safe, okay? The last thing I want is for another person to go through this same experience. Some may accuse me of bringing up old drama, but seeing as he's still doing this, I'd say it's pretty relevant.

I don't know what's going to cause that, but a lad can dream.
In the meantime, if I get any more explicit proof of him implicating me in crimes, I'm not going to just sit aside at this point. There are things I can legally do about that, but as is, he's just being an ass on the internet and to other people, which, while shitty, he has the constitutional right to do so. It doesn't make it right, but there's nothing anyone can realistically do about that.
One could possibly try to argue psychological harm done to me, as dealing with him has been a bitch, but like... why even try to get a legal authority involved, go through all that additional stress, and spend money I should be putting towards my business when the end result would put us almost exactly where we already are-- Both of us having each other blocked, with him now only shit talking me to his close friends, rather than the randos and artists who have contacted me over the things he's said. That'd be a waste of time, and wouldn't fix the greater problem-- the fact that he thinks he's entitled to treat people like garbage.
Like, there's not much that can realistically be done other than warning other people.
