Geez, my last journal was from two years ago.
Anyways just wanted to let ya'll know that I'm not dead and that my art burnout was a lot worse than I thought it was and I realized part of it was because I was too much of a perfectionist.
That being said-- my burnout is finally starting to heal as you can see here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/46474964/ I finally did a reference for my fursona. It's nowhere near as high quality as I know I can do but at this point I kinda...don't care? I just want to enjoy drawing again and I actually enjoyed drawing this because it didn't take FOREVER to do.
So yeah, expect some more 'not as high-quality' references or drawings since that's what I actually enjoy doing at the moment. I don't think I'll open up for commissions again anytime soon tho I might do some commissions for friends only at the moment. Doing commissions for a living for 8 years really burnt me out and now that I don't need them to survive, I'm just kinda vibing honestly?
