2.) Your character MUST be a pokemon! Anthro, Semi-Anthro, Standard-- A POKEMON!

3.) You must supply a reference sheet and an idea! If you don't supply one, I'll just wing it. I'm not designing a Fan Character for you!

4.) You must send me a PM of your Idea. Don't place the info below! This way, your commission idea can have some secrecy.

5.) I WILL be posting these here and MAYBE to my twitter--Iunno about that one really. if you don't want your commission uploaded, I'm sorry. You must go elsewhere.
