It's Patreon's community guidelines. Basically follow what they want on every site. Not just theirs.

I received no answer and losing the other patreon that´s got nothing going on just existing as a tip jar and getting the same copy-paste message is a confirmation to me. Their literal community guideline spels out how rules apply off-site too so I don´t think I can work with a company that wants to police everything I do. I´d lose 80% of my commissioners and everything I worked so hard for. No thanks.

Yes, Patreon are content Nazis. If you're associated with them, you're restricted by their guidelines, even off-site. It's been like this for a year.
