GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE:
[x] Payment is taken upfront before work is started! I DO NOT do free art unless explicitly stated or taking requests on Twitter.
[x] I send 1 WIP sketch before color is started. At this time you may request changes to the piece (please keep in mind I will NOT redo the entire sketch) 2-3 small changes are acceptable but please understand my sketches are very rough and will be heavily fixed/edited without provocation before color is started! I WILL NOT MAKE CHANGES AFTER COLORING AND EDITING IS COMPLETE !! IF YOU HAVE ISSUES PLEASE TALK TO ME HOWEVER UNDERSTAND AFTER THE PIECE IS COMPLETED I MAY REFUSE TO FIX ANY OVERLOOKED ERRORS!!!
[x] I reserve the right to deny commission if I feel the project is not right for me or if the client is being difficult. I also have the right to issue a refund at any point for the same problems.
[x] I reserve all rights to the artwork produced, I may use it for marketing and it can be printed/sold at my discretion. That being said, I claim no rights to the characters drawn in this commission and I will normally ask permission before posting/using art in this way. There will be a 20% upcharge for any work that remains anonymous or un published as publishing art is essential to my business. My artwork may not be used or associated with blockchains OR any NFT product.
[x] You MAY color any B&W sketches that are commissioned by you WITH PERMISSION. You are allowed to post my work as long as I am credited. You MAY NOT color my sketches without stated permission. You also may not reproduce my art for profit
[x] IF I AM WORKING ON A COMMISSION FOR YOU OR HAVE FINISHED A COMMISSION FOR YOU AND FIND OUT YOU ARE INVOLVED IN PEDOPHILIA/CUB COMMUNITIES I WILL REVOKE MY COMMISSION WITH NO REFUND OR RESELL AS A YCH.

REFUND POLICY:
I ONLY do refunds if I feel I am unable to complete the work. Refunds for lengthy waits can be discussed. Please understand I try to be as transparent as possible about my life and if you have any deadlines that you want me to meet they must be discussed BEFORE the commission is accepted! My turnover can be a few months out depending on my health and work schedule so I want to address any concerns you have beforehand, and if the wait is too much that is okay! I would rather discuss any conflict prior to payment so you are the most comfortable with my progress 🙂
[x] If I have finished the initial sketch - 50% refund
[x] If I have started coloring but have not finished - 25% refund
[x] I DO NOT REFUND FINISHED WORK

YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL TERMS LISTED ABOVE IN ORDER TO COMMISSION ME!
Failure to comply or agree with above terms is grounds for revocation of the commission, blacklisting and possible further legal action. Thank you for your time!
