Im in a similar boat with ya. Mine is...too much to handle at times. Especially with now and days with how everything is going on.

It’s tough. I know you hear it a lot but please don’t ever hesitate to reach out if you want to talk or have company.

Don't rely on stupid politicians with false intentions and perverted truths used to screwed over people since the dawn of man. Nor with people in general who always have selfish and egotistical goals. It can get better, but time's healing and at lease trying to self help one's self, along with close friends and family I view is the only way I see motivation to keep on going. Hope you feel better soon.
