My Halloween

Well, it's 11:15 Halloween night. So far today I had to get up at 6:00AM to get over to the Natotorium to sit there in the highest stands to watch my sister swim for a total of MAYBE 3 minutes. I sat there for more than 4 hours.
It WAS nice to get to see my mother, father, aunt and uncle today though. I saw my sister some last night. but of course she abandoned me to hang out with her swim team friends and romp around State College all day.
Then I came back here after signing a lease for my apartment next year. Which we're not even guaranteed. We won't find out if we have lodging till January. What do I do?What if I don't get an apartment? We're all up a creek then... So yeah... I'm stressing about that majorly.
I then came back to my dorm and have been here ever since.
My mate is with his family in upstate PA this weekend. There is a Folk Festival in the town his aunt lives in. And he went up there Friday to spend time with all of them. I miss him so bad...
But Kotto!? Are you such a loser that you weren't invited to any halloween parties? You must be a BIG loser...
No, my dear friend. I WAS invited to many-a-Halloween party. But I am still sick. coughing my brains out, and sometimes a little bit of blood. Sweet joy is this fun! Not to mention that I have no way of getting to any of the parties. and don't feel liek tramping through town to get to one.
I got to hear about my friend's awesome days though. The Calgary furs had a day at the zoo. *iconMorg* suited for the first time today! So congrats to him. I'm sure it was a ton of fun.
The Bellefonte fur meet was a success at the PA Renaissance faire this morning. I'm sure fursuiting was fun there too. And fun was had by all furries today full of fursuits and drinking. Congrats everyone. No, I couldn't attend because I had to be at my sister's swim meet this morning. and no car, so i could not join the festivities later. FML
I sat here. On this very bed. watching Grey's Anatomy, Death Note the Live Action Movie and playing Secondlife. Pretending I had a REAL life.
Blah blah blah Kotto, complain complain complain. Yes... i WILL complain and have self pity for this one night. Halloween has always been one of my MOST favorite holidays. I LIVE for this one day. and this year... I don't get one. The fursuit sat in it's damn box. The new tail hung by my bed, and Kotto's sad head stared at me with sad eyes because she, too, had no day of fun.
So there, little fuzzies. That was my day. Happy FUCKING Halloween... i wanna drink myself to sleep
