From bolts to nuts
You might have heard of the captive-bolt gun used to stun (or more) livestock for slaughter. This is not that, not quite. No, this gadget has a sort of enclosure that is slipped around the fellow's fellows. Maybe it even has an adjustment to bring the fore close to the aft so there is no air gap. And then when trigger is squeezed, a charge goes off and the balls are truly busted, his nuts quickly cracked, eggs crushed.. you get the idea.
Thus in the image he is nude and bound (pick a method and position) and she has this clever/nasty gadget in place (or is she just showing it off, for now?) and is clearly just about to use it for what it was made to do. There might even be another fellow knowing that he'll be next...

Ooh, nice. There's a lot to enjoy about a good moment of anticipation! (Especially when that moment is, you know, the last moment before your nuts are turned to peanut butter.)
