Abortions that happen after are either because of a catastrophic event like a miscarriage. (Which republicans want to KILL women for having even if it's not their fault.) Or, some unforeseen sickness or situation that puts the mother's life at risk. In those cases, the woman may have really wanted the kid, but has to choose between her own safety or the potential death of herself AND the child. And of course if the child is dead or dying in the womb, the republicans STILL want to force a woman to carry a dead thing in their womb till term or face their wrath.

No, the over turning of RvW returned the matter back to the State. The other things you drug up are honestly best left to the States to decide because the one size fits all that the feds use is not the best way to handle things.

The media has been misrepresenting the opinion as written. Clarence specifically mentioned other issues by case name to state that this decision is NOT precedent for them, and that RvW is being overturned only in the sense that the Feds have no business meddling in a state issue. No it's not. The question is does a woman have a right to her own body to choose what and when to do with it.
