On the Sega "Comic Mandates"...
Has anyone found the Recording of the so-called "Sonic Comic Mandates" that Ian Flynn liked to harp on about for years when people asked why Sonic Comics did not want to put in the Knothole Freedom Fighters (Such as Lupe the Wolf, Sally Acorn, Antoine D'Coolette, Nicole the Holo-Lynx, Bunnie Rabbot, Rotor the Walrus, Uncle Chuck, the Wolfpack, Snively and many more not affected by Ken Penders copyright claim, as these aforementioned Characters rights went directly back to the Sega company after DIC went under?), or on how Characters have to act?
I mean, why have so few people not noticed the Oddities in Ian Flynn's account of how "Sega came by the Company and set up a private hearing in a small room with myself, a lawyer, one of the Editors and a Judge to set up the Mandates", nevermind that Mandates by Law of Both Japan and America have to be PUBLIC, performed under a Full Court of Witnesses and Recorded? What is more, Ian tries to pin the Blame on Sega of Japan, nevermind that not long before that "Mandate", Sega had moved their Headquarters to California, meaning Sega of Japan has no power over US Sonic Comics, as they were merely a branch rather than the main group!
This Whole thing Stinks of Slander, and I find it annoying that so many people keep blaming Sega of Japan for the failures of Ian Flynn.
